First class service, impressive from the first time we met them for call out over a weekend when our old cedar door entered its end of life phase and jammed part open. David came and fixed the problem and gave us brilliant advice on a replacement which they installed this morning. The quote was really good, their knowledge and experience inspired confidence and their professionalism and attention to detail was great to watch. I was so impressed that I immediately referred them to a colleague who smiled patiently and said, "Yep....I've been using them for ages." I'll keep trying to find someone who hasn't..... Excellent service and good price for the work done. I had a stuck garage door that had come off its runners and the cable had got caught. I called up and spoke to David who helpfully arranged for Shannon to visit shortly after. The issue was resolved in an hour, including servicing the door to hopefully prevent this from happening again anytime soon. No replacement parts were required. I’ll be calling again in a year to arrange a service, to prevent it becoming a more serious repair issue. Thanks David and Shannon for your prompt help and professional and friendly service.
